Chris' synthesised system of training incorporates a mixture of Strength and Conditioning, Exercise Science research/principles, and draws on other relevant fields with the goal to create strong and healthy bodily systems.
Chris is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) who, while playing basketball in the USA, completed a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. His focus was on improving performance amongst college athletes.
Chris refined his athletic training techniques and adapted them to suit those without an athletic background, enabling them to achieve improved health and an enhanced quality of life through greater fitness and function.
After five years of working in-person with individuals on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Chris is now taking his services online to help those looking for self-improvement wherever they are.
